霍志保,博士,研究员,硕/博士生导师。多年来主要从事环境和能源领域的研究和应用工作。现任农业农村部全国渔港管理专家委员会委员,联合国环境规划署巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心化学品和废物环境管理智库专家,中国市场技术协会科技成果评价专家组专家;Research Advisor of Asia-Pacific Science Center亚太科学中心研究顾问(环境领域);国际知名SCI期刊 Frontier in Chemistry(IF 5.221)和RSC Advances(IF 3.361)编委;中国化学会会员,中国环境科学学会高级会员,英国皇家化学会会员。已发表SCI论文110多篇,申请和授权专利30多项,参编英文著作(章)5部,主持和参与国家级、省部级及其它课题20多项。
